who u?
I'm just a passionate learner of technology
I am stuck at a dead-end job as of right now writing,
just to keep my hobby for computing going.
I've had a passion since I was a child, and since then i just kept on learning.
I thought learning about IT was fun.
But as of right now, honestly I am struggling, but I keep going anyway.
Honestly I just like messing with stuff like server administration, learning scripts,
and trying some different instances of software i fine online,
spinning them up on my computers at home. I think its fun,
honestly i dont know what i am talking about anymore
i treat my computing hobby as just a hobby right now, i dont
feel good about working for huge corporates, not like i even have a chance
to work at one. i find it more inspiring
to learn from what you love.
Right now i am struggling with my life on how to even aquire money,
because of me being stuck in a dead-end job.
i am as of writing i am only two decades old, i dont even sound like it.
i feel like im dead
I don't expect much bruh
why am i here
This site you are on is made by pure html css javascript, the web standards, no dynamic
site generating, not jekyll or wordpress or hugo. It is only plain static files and scripts,
I made my own DIY solution to making a template apply to all posts.
im also hosting this site at home, on one of my servers, and all public services and this site connected to a
VPS.
the VPS has nothing, its only to be forwarding ports to. so if my VPS gets compromised, i have almost
nothing to lose. not even private keys, separated public keys, no certificates or proxy managing on the VPS,
so i have much more flexibility and control over my website.
i try to use as much minimal of code-software i can, thus reducing attack surface. i try to minimalize any packages,
software, and isolate as much services and servers as possible for security. i also try to use memory safe
languages, to minimalize memory corruption vulnerabilities. i also try to encrypt as much as possible,
making redundant backups, redundant networking if possible.
hsts should be preloaded, meaning that this site should always connect by https, since it will
disable http, and of course
for every other website i host on the "bzmb.eu" domain name and subdomains:
hstspreload.org
observatory.mozilla.org
developer.mozilla.org
cryptcheck.fr
securityheaders.com
ask me if theres something you want me to spin up, open source software, and
i'll consider it. i can make a server hosting maybe any software
